Curiosity Question about Dr. Nii
I wasn't sure if this has been discussed before but I was wondering if anyone has any ideas about how Nii/Ukoku travels?

I mean, he can't walk everywhere he goes since he seems like he travels quite a bit and there never seems to be any mode of transportation around him. Ideas? Anyone?
